My purchase offer’s time limit has expired, what do I do to retrieve it?

If you have not informed of your intention to sell us the vehicle within 14 days, we have provided an auto re-enter option, cancelling the need to start the whole process from scratch. Simply re-use the link on the original 'Your Purchase Valuation Is Ready For Retreival' email to re-enter the site or use the My Jamjar login and change any information neccessary. However all valuation offers will be removed after 28 days of the original offer.
